AI agents and automation for businesses
An AI agent can retrieve information, prepare content and use agreed tools to complete a task. We start with one recurring workflow whose result a person can review.
Describe your recurring taskWhat can an agent do?
Examples include gathering report figures, drafting content from service information or summarising an incoming enquiry. A workflow can create a task in a CRM. We choose the use case around your current work, data sources and systems.
How is a pilot built?
We describe the current workflow and agree on a goal. We choose the data and tools the agent may access. We build a scoped pilot and test normal cases as well as situations with missing information or an unavailable system.
Who approves the work?
We agree on permissions, review points and failure handling before launch. Publishing and sending messages follow agreed approvals. An agent does not need access to all company information to complete one task.
What is delivered?
The agreed workflow, testing and guidance on using it. We document data sources, permissions and limits. Maintenance, tool fees and later changes are agreed separately. We expand only after the first workflow performs as agreed.
